After a good night of sleep in Christchurch we are go to get and try on for size our ECW gear that is issued from the Clothing Distribution Center (CDC). You have to wear these clothes on the aircarft in case of an emergency landing and possible stay for a night in the cold weather. After checking out the gear we have an afternoon in the sun, shopping and visiting the botanical garden. Tomorrow we will board our flight the plane to Anatcrtica.
